Send a message to contact@example.com. Replace this address with your live mailbox when the public domain is connected. We read enquiries about the converters, privacy, cookies, and these legal pages. For a file you need converted now, open the DOCX to PDF converter instead of emailing the document.
Do not attach passports, medical files, or other highly sensitive documents to an email unless we have asked for a specific example and you are willing to send it.

- the file type and approximate size;
- the browser and device;
- the exact message on screen, if any.
We cannot recover a converted file
Uploads are processed for the request only. If a download failed, try the conversion again from your original file. We cannot fetch a PDF from a past request.
